3 months warranty for purchases made in store

1 year manufacturer's warranty!

All OEM version products purchased directly from headphonesbrasil.shop have up to a 3-month (90-day) warranty. Original version products purchased from the USA have a 1 Year Warranty guaranteed by the official manufacturer.*

*The 1 Year Warranty only applies to original products that have not been discontinued by the official manufacturer.

For all orders placed at the Headphones Brasil store, a digital copy will be sent to the customer's email with the warranty terms.

Headphones Brasil complies with the Consumer Protection Code in Law No. 8,078, of September 11, 1990, paragraph II, which says the following about the 90-day warranty period:

II - Ninety days, in the case of providing services and durable products (in the case of Headphones Brasil, the durable good is the electronics category).

§ 1° The expiry period begins counting from the actual delivery of the product, that is, as soon as the customer receives the product in hand.

The buyer also has a legal period of up to 7 calendar days, counting from receipt of the product, to regret the purchase and contact us to request a refund .

 

Original products have a manufacturer's warranty of up to 1 year , as expressed below in the manufacturer's official statement:

This Limited Warranty (the “Warranty”) is a manufacturer's warranty (this paragraph mentions the brand name, but for copyright reasons we cannot quote it in the text or provide external links) provided voluntarily for each official brand product purchased in the United States . United States of America (our original products are of American origin).

 

We emphasize that the 1 Year Warranty is only provided by the official manufacturer, with Headphones Brasil only intermediating the process so that the customer has a more satisfactory and guaranteed experience with a communication channel in their native language.

The buyer may use any of the documents below as proof to request the warranty (both for original products and OEM versions), with those marked with (*) being mandatory items, such as:

1. Photos or videos that prove the defect*
2. Proof of Purchase issued by the store*
3. Proof of Payment (Credit, bank slip or pix)*

We may also occasionally request additional data to confirm the guarantee process, such as Name, documents (usually ID or CPF), Home Address, etc.
