Shipping Policy and Deadlines
For purchases made in the City of São Paulo, we have 1 to 2 business days for delivery (only for products in national stock).
In other regions, such as the interior of São Paulo and other states, we have up to 7 days for delivery (only for products in national stock).
If we do not have the product in National Stock, we have a period of up to 21 working days for deliveries to any region of Brazil. This message is displayed at checkout for products that we do not have in national stock.
To check availability of the product in National Stock , contact us via the Contact Page , Store Chat or email headphones@headphonesbrasil.shop and we will inform you of the list of the product available for shipping, as well as how it will be available at checkout.
Although this period may seem a little long, it encompasses several factors, such as:
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Product availability
- International and national logistics
- Item check
- Customs check
- Packaging
- Shipping to recipient
This entire process is carried out by our team.
This deadline can be changed by factors such as:
1. Release of the Order at the Federal Revenue Service ( taxed products are paid for by the store for greater customer convenience ).
2. Brazilian region/state to which the product is shipped (we usually opt for the fastest shipping)
3. Possible Post Office Strike (if this occurs, we will opt for other carriers, such as Lavamove and others).
4. Climatic factors, risk areas, national holidays and others.
If delivery is delayed for any of the reasons mentioned, we will notify you promptly through any available communication channel, and we undertake to use all legal measures with delivery services, such as opening Manifestations on delivery partner websites, in order to speed up the entire flow of international and national deliveries.
Eventually we will contact the customer using the data provided, such as email or telephone to confirm the Delivery Address or any additional information.
